If you decided to contact with me its mean that you are intrested in having Plastic Surgery in Doctor Adam Kalecinski Magnolia Medical Clinic in Poland. I am a person who will help you to take this decision and guid you during your preperation to the surgery and during your visit in Poland. From the moment You contact me until the moment you leave us I will help you find a hotel to the standard you require, arrange taxis to & from the airport & generally look after you in a professional manner. I will be in contact with you the whole time.

Consultant does not have medical qualifications and is not responsible for any medical matters. All answers given by the consultant are first consult with a plastic surgeon dr Adam Kalecinski in poland

At the polish airport you will be picked up by a taxi driver, who will transit you to the hotel or indirectly to the clinic depending on your individual needs.The first transit is included in the cost of the surgery. The whole cost of your stay in the clinic is always individually  discussed   duringa preliminary telephone or mailconversation with our consultant.Taxis are commonly available in Poland. Moreover,  there is an urban transport opposite the clinic, which is directly connected with the city.Depending on the client’s needs all kinds of tickets can be bought. 

In the clinic!

The consultations in the clinic take place between 9 and 11 am in the morning. Sometimes, the clients can be admitted   at different times depending on their personal reasons  or in exceptional cases. Operations usually begin after  eleven p.m. The patient must be also aware of  the fact that he or she is one of many patients consulted and operated during the day. The order of the surgeries has nothing in common with the reservation. Medical staff selects decide about the order of surgeries. Having been consulted every patient is guided to his/her room in which all details concerning the stay in clinic and the surgery  are discussed.

At the hotel!

The patient is guided to the hotel when he or she has to spend a few days in Poland after the surgery. In these circumstances the surgery can intertwine with a short holiday in Wroclaw. The cost of stay at the hotel is not included in the price of the surgery .The lodging at the hotel must be reserved in advance because of the fact that Wroclaw is a cosmopolitan city; the amount of free rooms and places at the hotel is limited .The consultant or client can be responsible for booking a room at the hotel. Solo Plus Hotel
Solo Plus is a tourist house-high standard of services. The cheapest hotels situated close to the clinic. It does not include a restaurant, which means that it is necessary to provide with meals by oneself. It is not a problem because there is a great number of small shops as well as “Tesco”. It takes few minutes to go to the clinic from the Solo plus hotel.Price: £20 to £25 per night.

Hotel Diament

The Diamend Hotel is a three stars hotel. It contains a restaurant and the breakfast is included in the price. The Diament Hotel is located further from the Clinic, so if you choose this hotel you must be aware of daily trips by taxi, which are not included in to the price. The cost of the room is about from £45 to £70 per night.

Orbita Hotel

The Orbita Hotel is a middle quality hotel. It ensures good conditions of living  including the restaurant, bed &breakfast and 15mintues walking distance to the clinic. It is situated near a park. This hotel is not in possession of English website, however the staff speaks this language. Price £37 to £43 per night. 

The Patio Hotel

The Patio Hotel is situated within two picturesque tenements which also include office space near the Main Square. Hidden behind a church, the tenements combine the beauty of a 19th century façade with a modern interior. Few other places can summon such an immediate atmosphere of unparalleled style and elegance as the Patio Hotel.

Direct contact with the surgeon!

Both before and after the surgery you have a right to be in touch with dr Adam Kalecinski. The best option to contact him is in the morning or noon hours because of consultations and surgeries during the rest of the day.

Payment!

Most of our patients pay in cash in British pounds. We don’t accept Scottish and Irish pounds. It is not a discrimination. There is a problem to exchange these currencies in Poland. You can also do the money transfer into the clinic account. But in this situation the money must be entered in the books before the surgery.

Cancellation of the surgery!

The surgical operation is not a cosmetic operation requiring a small amount of people. Plastic surgery is connected the involvement of numerous medical staff, which will be monitoring our situation during an operation. That is why we ask you for a well-thought-out decision in this sphere. Each operation can be cancelled. The only thing you should do is to inform our consultant, who will not take an additional fee for the cancellation. Consultants do not take prepayments for the surgery . The financial matters are dispatched by the doctor and his workers in Poland.

Before the surgery!

Before the surgery please do not drink and eat at least 6hours before planeed operation. Continue taking all your medication as usual up to and including the day of surgery unless you have been specifically instructed not to do so. Please bring all your medications to the clinic in their originally labeled containers.
 

What to Bring to The Clinic!

Bring the following items with you for your stay in the clinic:

• Medications you are currently taking (prescription and non-prescription)
• Eyeglasses
• Toiletries (hair brush, comb,toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, lotion, shampoo)
• Non-skid slippers
• Pyjamas, housecoat
• Reading material (if you wish)
• And a lot of sense of humour :)

Immediately Before Surgery

• Makeup, nail polish, jewelry and hair clips will be removed before you go to surgery.
• Dentures or partial plates, contact lenses, eyeglasses, hearing aides and any other prosthesis will also be removed.
• A nurse will ask you to put on a patient gown if you have not already done so, and to go to the bathroom before going to the operating room.
• A nurse will check your pulse and blood pressure. A nurse may put a needle into your vein to give you fluid and/or medications either while you are in your room or when you are in the operating room. You  may  also receive an oral medication to help you stay calm.
• A person from the operating room will come for you. You will be transported to the holding area for the operating  room either by walking, in a wheelchair or lying on a stretcher.
• In the holding area, the anesthesiologist will speak to you. You may also ask to see the surgeon if you have  further concerns. The nurse will come and take you into the operating room.

During Surgery

• All the staff in the operating room wear special clothing, caps and masks. The room is very bright and cool.A nurse or technician will greet.They will also ask you if you have  any allergies. They will help you to get comfortable on the operating table and may position your arms or legs. A heart monitor and blood pressure cuff will be attached to your chest to help check your vital signs during surgery. A device that looks like a clothespin (oximeter) will be attached to your finger to measure the amount of oxygen in your blood.

After Surgery

After surgery they will wake you in the operating room, but you will probably not remember. Then you will be moved into the Recovery Room where the nurse will continue to try to wake you up. Your vital signs will be checked frequently. If you need oxygen, you will have a mask or tubing on your face.
