Nose Job – Rhinoplasty - £1680

After the surgery the nose is covered with a stiff dressing immobilizing the bone. The dressing shall remain upon the nose for about one week. Usually gauze "packing" of the nostrils is not required. After the surgery the patient remains at the recovery room for about an hour, leaving the hospital on the same day.

For the first 24-48 hours any excess effort should be avoided, and patients are recommended to stay mostly in sitting or laying position, head up.

Liposuction is a surgical procedure that involves the vacuuming of fat from beneath the surface of the skin. It is used to reduce excess fat from various areas of the body. It can be an effective method to contour specific body areas, but is not an effective way to lose weight.

A good liposuction candidate has realistic expectations and is at or near his or her ideal body weight with specific localized areas of protruding fat. Patients should be at least 18 years old and should not have significant medical problems such as heart disease, lung disease or diabetes.

Tummy Tuck – Abdominoplasty - £2040

Abdominoplasty, also known as TummyTuck - Abdominoplasty, removes loose hanging abdominal skin and tightens weakened abdominal wall muscles. Because even diligent diet and exercise cannot fix these problems, each year more than 80,000 British women and men undergo Tummy Tuck . Women and men who have a protruding belly, loose hanging abdominal skin and weak abdominal muscles are candidates for a full Abdominoplasty.

Mini-Abdominoplasty, also known as a Mini-Tummy Tuck, is reserved for those who have only a limited amount of loose skin or stretch marks in the lower abdomen, or above the public bone. Thigh lift - £1350

If the skin of the inner thigh sags or is droopy, a thigh lift is ideal as it will tighten up the skin and smoothen the contour of the inner thigh. Patients who have lost a lot of weight are also ideal candidates for an inner thigh lift, usually done in combination with other cosmetic surgery procedures. Immediately before surgery Dr. Adam  Kalecinski  will mark the patient’s thighs while standing up. The skin is pinched and elevated towards the groin. An estimate is made of how much skin should be removed. The final scar is hidden in the groin crease. Following your surgery, you are advised to rest as much as possible to avoid a lot of leg motion, which can affect the scar. Recuperation for thigh lift surgery is usually 1-2 weeks. Ginecomasty Breast Male Reduction - £1200

Gynecomastia (male nipple correction surgery) treatment is enlargement of breast tissue in men. There may be enlargement of one or both breasts. It occurs in as many as 40 - 60% of men. The cause is not always known, but the incidence increases with certain drugs (digitalis, anabolic steroids, Tagamet, and spironolactone), use of marijuana or alcohol, and obesity. This condition can cause extreme embarrassment, social inhibition and self-consciousness for boys and men who suffer from it.

This procedure is used to remove fat and/or glandular tissue from the breasts. In extreme cases, skin is removed as well. The result is a flatter, firmer and more masculine-looking chest.

The procedure is done under general anesthesia and is similar to breast reduction in females. The procedure usually takes about two hours and the patient is discharged from the hospital the same day or an overnight stay is required at the hospital. The type of procedure used depends on the degree of breast enlargement. The options include removal of the tissue under the breast, or liposuction of the chest wall. In both instances, a small elliptical incision is made on the lower half of the nipple area (areola). For those men with tissue that is more glandular in nature, all breast tissue directly under the nipple is removed. Depending on the extent of surgery, pain can vary from minimal to moderate, and will last from several days to two weeks. Usually, the chest is temporarily swollen and bruised after the surgery. One may also experience numbness or a burning sensation. Recovery time and privacy needs varies from person to person .Light activities can be resumed within a few days, although your chest will be sore. Most people are able to return to work within three to seven days, and resume more strenuous activities in two to three weeks.  Routine physical activity and exercising (especially lifting, pulling and pushing motions) should be avoided for at least 6 weeks. This will help the scars to heal. Some degree of swelling and bruising may last for 3 to 6 months.

Ears – Otoplasty  £750

If you have misshaped or protruding ears or you have a child who does, Otoplasty may be for you. Otoplasty is the surgery to correct abnormalities in the structure of the ears. (It's also known as pin back otoplasty").                                   

Surgeon will begin procedure by making a small incision at the back of your ear, allowing access the cartilage for the necessary procedure. After the surgery is complete, the incision site will be secured with stitches. If you are an adult, surgeon will use local anesthesia. A child will likely receive general anesthesia (put to sleep) to ensure that he or she cannot move around during the operation. When you are sent home, your head will be bandaged. It's very important that you follow your doctor's instructions on how to handle the bandage to ensure a smooth recovery. You will have to wear your bandage for at least three days, if not more. Your surgeon will instruct you on how long you will be required to wear it and how to best manage it while you sleep. When you have the first bandage removed by your surgeon, he will provide you with a headband-type dressing. Surgeon may want you to keep this on for up to two weeks to promote proper healing.
